What Our Labor Guarantee Actually Covers
Every install we complete — tile, flat, metal, foam, or shingle — carries our workmanship warranty on top of whatever the manufacturer offers. If a leak traces back to how we fastened, flashed, or sealed, we come back and fix it at no charge. We've held that standard since 2016, and it's why Arcadia and McCormick Ranch neighbors keep calling us back.

What's Covered
- Material defects: shingle cracking, peeling, or granule loss on GAF Timberline, CertainTeed Landmark, or Owens Corning Duration
Shingle blistering or curling that affects water shedding on installs by our crew since 2016
Flashing leaks at roof penetrations (vents, skylights, chimneys) for up to 2 years
Workmanship on all repairs and replacements — we return to fix at no cost for 2 years
Ice dam damage in limited scenarios (when proper attic ventilation is verified)
Ridge cap wind damage up to 110 mph when installed per manufacturer specs
Factory defects on solar-ready mounting systems and foam coating applications
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from Phoenix UV exposure — no roof lasts forever in this sun
Neglect or lack of routine maintenance (e.g., no gutter cleaning, debris buildup)
Storm damage that isn't reported within 30 days of the event (per insurance claim windows)
Changes in building structure (settling, foundation shifts) that stress the roof plane
Animal damage from rodents, birds, or insects burrowing under tiles or shingles
Improper attic ventilation installed by previous contractors — we only cover our own ventilation work
Contractor modifications or repairs made by anyone outside Phoenix Roof Master
